1. Overview
We want you to love everything you order from MaraPlay World. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements work across all our brands, including The Dafty, Maranovo, MaraSports Group, and Shoogulaboot.
Because many of our products are personalised, the rules differ slightly from standard retail. We’ve kept everything as clear and fair as possible.

2. Personalised Products
Most items we create are customised specifically for you (e.g., names, avatars, bespoke text, personalised stories, custom Dafty covers).
For these items:
– We cannot offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, make a mistake in the personalisation, or decide you no longer want the item.
– We will replace or refund any personalised item that arrives:
– damaged
– misprinted
– incorrect due to our error
– materially different from the description or preview
If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

3. Non‑Personalised Products
For non‑custom items (e.g., accessories, merchandise, or general goods):
– You may return them within 30 days of delivery
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
– You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll sort it quickly.
Please email us within 14 days with:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll offer one of the following:
– A free replacement
– A full refund
– Store credit (optional)
We may ask you to return the item, but often photos are enough.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because personalised items enter production quickly:
– You have a short window (usually 1–2 hours) to request changes or cancellations
– After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify personalised orders
For non‑personalised items, cancellations are possible until the order ships.

6. Refund Processing Times
Once approved:
– Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
– If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then contact us

7. International Orders
Customs delays, duties, and taxes vary by country and are outside our control.
Refunds for international orders follow the same rules as above.

8. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot refund or accept returns for:
– Personalised items (unless faulty)
– Digital downloads once delivered
– Gift cards
– Items returned without prior approval
– Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
